Exchange Policy

 At BayPoint, we strive to find clothing brands you will obsess over! However, if you're not in love with your purchase, our small business policy is exchange or return for STORE CREDIT only.

You have 14 days to return for store credit or exchange your items from the time you receive your order. Orders will not be eligible for exchanges or store credit after the 14 day window. 

Items must have tags attached and must be in same condition as you received for exchanges and store credit to be eligible. No authorization is needed to start the return process.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5 business days for us to process the return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.

Items purchased during a sale are FINAL.

Swimwear, bodysuits, leggings, and accessories are all FINAL SALE.

A $10  reshipment fee will be charged to ship back to you if attempted to return to us.
